NOTICE:

The Lunenburg County Christmas Tree Producers Association (LCCTPA) is accepting tenders for:

  1. 198 tagged (purple ribbons) 6 - 8 foot light density #2 economy grade trees
  2. 270 tagged (pink ribbons) 6 - 8 foot medium density #1
  3. 74 tagged (red ribbons) 6 - 8 foot heavy density premium
NOTE: Separate Bids must be submitted for each tree grade

Trees are at the Experimental Lot at #3144 on Hwy #12 in Seffernville, Lun Co. The trees can be viewed at anytime. Trees will be standing and are required to be cut - stumps must be cut to ground level. Trees must be removed by December 20th and a LCCTPA representative must be present when harvesting trees.

Signed bids may be sent by e-mail OR can be dropped off at the office. Must be received by 12:00 noon on October 28, 2026. The office is open Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00-13:00. There is a mail slot in the door if you wish to drop off your bid.

Note: Please mark your envelope CHRISTMAS TREE TENDER and include a phone number so that receipt of your tender can be confirmed.
